Hey my loves, I’m sorry to have to address this but it needs to be said. (By the way if you think this is about you and you’re not sure - it’s not!) From now on I will not be tolerating abuse on here, you will be muted/blocked immediately. You guys love me because I truly care about you, but for that same reason I’m left vulnerable when you turn on me. These are very difficult times for all of us, and I am more than happy to be a shoulder to lean on and support you, but deciding to abuse me because you’re having a bad time is not fair. I would NEVER do that to you. You have no idea how many times a nasty message has left me in tears, and it makes it hard to reply to all my messages when I know that undoubtedly every time there will be something not very nice lurking in my inbox. If you don’t like something - tell me! I’m more than happy to see if I can help. I don’t mind constructive criticism, I pride myself on my work and I appreciate getting the chance to improve what I do. If you think I’m ignoring you or purposefully doing something- I can assure you I’m not but I’d like to learn how I can make it up to you. I’m a human and I make mistakes, but please bring them to me and judge me on how I rectify the situation rather than something I did unintentionally. Let me make things right! This applies to everyone. unfortunately I get a lot of people who’ve been with me for a long time who do this, and I have been too lax as I want to make people happy . please approach me if you are concerned or upset about something, I would love to make it right or know how I can be better... but talk to me in the same manner I’d talk to you, respectfully. I’m not being hurt by people who call themselves my fans anymore this year, it hurts my heart and makes me feel sad about what I do- which is heartbreaking because I LOVE my job. I love you. I care about you deeply. I want you to be happy. This is a place for joy, lifting others up, i ask only for you to keep by that, or let me know if you need something different from me. I can’t promise to be perfect myself but I promise I will always try my best to be good to you, please do the same for me. Love Lanta xxx
