Some training clips from this week . I'm nowhere near "strong yet" by previous standards but it's coming back, bare in mind this is 12 weeks back training injury free with some extra calories 4500 daily . I'm back to pause pressing from next week and will be also hitting t-bar in the same style until I get too 5 plates comfortable again. Strength goals I need to hit to gain previous size will be : 160kg bench pause press X 10 260kg deadlift X 10 100kg t-bar X 10 Squats 220kg X 10 My goal is to get somewhere midway before the year is out , progress on strength is slow as I don't train for this I kill the muscles off each session which isn't productive for strength gain but is for muscle gain . 💪
