Then Right before I went outside for my morning stretches, I had an unexpected conversation where I was finally able to express my feelings from something I’ve been holding onto since October/January. Afterwards I came outside to take this video for you guys and I sat down took my first breath and immediately started crying. I released my tears and focused on my breathing and releasing the energy around me. You can tell I’m having a hard time calming my mind in the beginning with how fidgety I am, but by the end I felt so much better. Being able to express myself in this many different ways helped a lot. I am grateful to have this platform as a safe space to express myself in every way I want. Thank you for having this moment with me.💫
