So that’s cool. **Dont have a family history of stomach and autoimmune issues, then add life-long exposure to the type of stress that exasperates those conditions** 🙃 I do have a new medication and a very “fun” and exact eating schedule and guide to follow to help my stomach. Just like when this all started! Doctor said my bloated stomach should go down in a couple days and I can return to “business as usual” 😎😈
