Which I’ll be honest - that’s my favourite way to exist. 🌿🍄🍁 I was hiking and foraging for mushrooms in Portugal during the autumn and came across this river spot. Naturally, when there’s no one else around, I can’t resist taking off my clothes and going for a dip. The water was freshhhhhh, it was about 4* c this day, and the water wasn’t much warmer 💦 Going for a dip in cold water is such a great way to invigorate your body and reset your nervous system. These photos were taken after i went for a swim class because I actually felt warm and excited and didn’t want to put my clothes back on. After I frolicked around a bit (pictured above) the sun came out, I put my warm clothes back on and enjoyed some coffee from my thermos. ☕️
