

To be honest, the morning is the most important part of the day for me and I always try to make the most of it!
And now a little bit personal🤭 I decided to let you in on a little more of my secrets today and tell you about my routine!
1. I started keeping a journal, sometimes it's a list of tasks, sometimes it's just thoughts. I find it's a useful thing to turn my brain on, relax and reflect on my day. In a way it's like a mini psychotherapy😅
2. Lately I've started thinking about ideas for my new sets and scribbling them down, I want to please you guys more often, haha🙈 I also think about what I'd like to share with you in a day, as I want us to grow closer and open up to each other.
3. I made myself a special playlist that I put on in the background when I do all my morning chores. It's also important that it doesn't have songs, but rather calm tunes so that I don't overload my brain or get distracted and just relax.
