Aaaand the first test run for working remote was a success!!!
Lessons I learned:
1) find a gym membership for extended stays
2) pack or ship protein bars/powder/supplements to destination (itβs not easy to find and buy!)
3) bring ear plugs π
4) bring one good water bottle and one good thermos with lids
5) find multiple WiFi locations at your destination, always good to have a back up in case one router is down!

100% Sensory DEPRIVATION experience! Iβve been so excited to try this, I was having a hard time containing my excitement before π€£
I would recommend this to anyone who has a hard time trying to meditate.
The weightlessness (tons of salt in the water) and temperature (94 degrees F) in the sensory deprivation tank makes you lose track of your body and slip into deep levels of meditation and relaxation. Have you tried reverse lunges? I prefer these over forward lunges for two reasons.
#1 they are A LOT easier on the knees
#2 I can go significantly heavier than with walking lunges! (Grow π)

This is a secret I use to keep my waist thin π€«!
Back when I was bodybuilding I learned that if you cook potatoes and then let them cool it changes the structure of the carbohydrate.
This reduces how much your blood-sugar spikes! Letting it cool makes the starch more resistant to getting broken down (why itβs called resistant starch). This in turn feeds the bacteria in your small and large intestine! Soooo less bloating and a healthier micro biome π€π¨π»βπ¬
