The truth is I’m struggling with my body. I fell way off track this year with mental health and the stabilization of my stomach/inflammation so I haven’t been focusing on my fitness, a strict plant-based diet or a proper routine. And this is all for good reason. I am happy where I am now in understanding the baseline of care and in getting my head back on straight. But I gotta undo the damage lol I gained weight. I’m trying to love my body and not wince at what I see on camera so I can make uninhibited content again. Please keep showing me love. It means so much to me. Whew! I’ve been quiet about it because it’s been SO STRESSFUL and SO BORING. The last couple of months, I have been tangled up in a legal issue with my former scummy landlord. So, on top of everything else that’s been going on, I’ve had all this annoying stress. And you know how stress just sets off inflammation and issues in my body. Sorry. Things got so bad, I had to have my lawyer threaten a harassment order against him. But it was resolved this morning and he basically got dragged across the coals. I knew it would turn out this way but you never *really* know. You know? I’m so relieved. And so happy for the people who were living in the main house (we lived in a MIL unit) that got payout and protection from him. That’s a load off. Let’s make some videos to celebrate.
