I felt the need to share this because once it’s out there, I have to stick with it. I’m absolutely excited to get back into the swing of it. Going to the gym for me definitely has some very vain reasons tied to it, but when you’re constantly challenging yourself to do better, lift heavier, increase reps, you develop some serious mental fortitude as a result.
